We make them with custom lengths, widths, and thicknesses. When it comes to butcher blocks, we have the nicest and widest selection to choose from, 13 kinds of wood in total: 12 hardwoods and 1 softwood. Our wood has been kiln-dried to avoid any unnecessary warping or splitting and we use premium food-safe and water-resistant glue. Our standard finish is a 100% food-grade protective sealant.
